Job Summary
The Director for Business Advisory will be responsible for the overall business & operational performance of the unit. The role will require you to focus on Practice Development, Business Development as well as Advisory Services.

Practice Development
- Manage and grow client base
- Manage firm's intellectual capital
- Groom and develop talents
Business Development
- Acquire new business
- Participate and respond to tenders and quotations
- Proactively participate in industry events
- Market Solutions to potential clients
- Proposal generation and presentations
Advisory Services
- Oversee and manage projects in a timely manner
- Prioritize client satisfaction
- Lead various phases of project delivery
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 12 years of business advisory experience, with at least 3 years managing a team
- Be a certified practising management consultant
- Experience working on both private and public sector projects in Singapore
- Experience in managing P&L
