Job description
Our client in the agriculture industry is seeking for a Business Analyst to support their expansion plan.
This role supports the senior management and the Corporate Development team in financial analysis, M&A and strategic initiative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing feasible studies on new business plan and M&A activities such as financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
- Full P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Providing performance analysis, market trend analysis
- Business partnering with various departments
- Involved in process improvement and identifying control gaps
REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting or Business degree/Chartered Accountant
- At least 5 years of relevant experience background in finance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior big 4 experience background would be an added advantage
- Willing to travel
