Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct overall operations and take full P&L responsibilities for the business in the Emerging Market
  • Hires and trains employees, prepares reports, and sets budgets
  • Develop and implement strategic plan to grow the business
  • Define business objectives/goals, develop & execute business plans to support sustainable growth objectives
  • Insure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports
  • Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business
  • Manage effective sales forecast, sales funnel management in both direct and dealer markets
  • Manage price list and appropriate discount authorization and be accountable for standard margin contributions
  • Enhance effective communication within operations team and cross functional group to achieve company goals
  • Allocate resource and obtain appropriate resources to meet company’s business objective & customer requirements
  • Ensure all subordinates adhere closely to company’s ISO procedures in all work related matters
  • Build a stable & professional customer facing team (sales, marketing and technical support)
  • Delegate responsibility, motivate and encourage staff
  • Ensure high customer and client satisfaction through quality service support
  • Participate in VIP customers’ engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Science and preferably with business qualification e.g. MBA, Diploma in Business or Marketing
  • 15 year IVD experience with at least 10 year in leading team and distributor management
  • Action Orientated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to coordinate resources, including budget, time and people, and to make decisions by assessing different options
  • Able to organize and direct business operations and to communicate their goals, issues and policies clearly and persuasively
  • Able to multitask and complete on schedule.
  • Able to build and motivate teams
