A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for the successful individual to head up our BFS Corporate Governance and Finance Division and to further develop a career in Executive Search & Recruitment with an award-winning international Recruitment Firm.

As the BFS Head of Corporate Governance & Finance, the team and yourself will be assigned to enhance our strong footprint in the Risk, Compliance, Audit & Finance recruitment practice with the Banks, Insurance and Buy-side firms.

This role will be part of the Charterhouse Asia Management Team.

Key Responsibilities include :

  • Initiate Business development and creating a trusting long-term working alliance with new BFS Clients

  • Augment the excellent collaboration and thriving relationships with existing corporate clients in the Asia region through effective consultative partnership with our clients in their recruitment needs

  • Have a matured passion to network with the professional senior working community in order to drive our business agenda forward

  • Inspire a positive goal-driven team environment with an open communication culture through effective leadership management, communication and motivational guidance

  • To effectively Lead and Grow a team of Search Consultants covering the Corporate Governance & Finance patches within the BFS sector

Key Requirements include :

  • A good Tertiary academic qualification

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant recruitment and/or direct industry work experiences, with at least 3 years in managerial / team lead role

  • Demonstrate your strong in-depth industrial knowledge and Business acumen of your Coverage segments to develop penetrative business strategies and execute your plans in order to achieve business revenue targets

  • Exemplary all-rounded skillset that would include excellent communication and leadership skills and strong management & swift decision-making skills
