Job description
A great opportunity to join a High Growth Firm to be part of the management team, given stewardship to lead the finance team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for effective accounting operations and governance
Ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual closing to ensure all financial and management reporting deadlines
Collaboration with BPO
Leading, training, and guiding finance team to achieve company goals
Streamline finance operation through effective process and system upgrading
Ensure an adequate and effective internal control systems are in place and are implemented to properly safeguard company assets
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 8 years of relevant experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with US GAAP will be an added advantage
Familiar with IFRS standards
