Job description
We are pleased to partner our client who is a leading global professional services firm, there is now an opportunity for a Head of Shared Delivery to join the team in Singapore.
Leading and managing the shared delivery team in Singapore, you will be handling topics across HR policy, benefits, programme, and processes. You will be collaborating with the regional HR leadership team to deliver HR initiatives and strategics projects. We are looking for an individual who is strong in stakeholder management and excited to create and execute continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have more than 12 years of in the role of a HR Generalist with at least 3 years in a leadership position. You are experienced in multinational environment, with strong working knowledge in advising best practices in the market.
