Job description
Responsibilities:
- You will ensure accomplishment of strategic market research and key customer surveys to identify respective strategic business opportunities
- You will define key markets and supports definition and identification of key customers in the assigned area of responsibility
- You will drive and monitors key market development programs
- You will ensure an effective sales organization and infrastructure to foster cooperation with other parts of the value chain (i.e. Marketing & Communication, Product Management, etc.)
- You will act as ultimate point of escalation to solve mission critical issues and problems
- You will head overall assigned sales organization and leads all related management and staff
Requirements:
- You hold a successfully completed Degree or higher preferable in Medical Science, Medical Technology, or related fields
- At least 15 years of experience in sales and related management experience with a track record of successful performance in the relevant Healthcare Business
- At least 5 years of experience in leading a team in sales of products and solutions
- Experience in managing complex and strategic sales cycles at top management of customers
- You have exposure of healthcare markets with knowledge and understanding of diagnostic & imaging market preferred
- You possess excellent attitude, a strong business competency and good communication skills with record of excellent acceptance by customer at all levels
- Able to communicate in local languages
