Job description
Head of Sales / Sales Lead (Subsea Rental)
One of leading subsea and Offshore Solutions Entity in the world.
Responsibilities:
The role will be reporting to HQ and will be fully in charge of sales and Business operation with in Subsea. Will oversee Rentals Service line for Singapore.
Responsibility:
- Key point of contact in Singapore and able to discuss technical details and matters including operational procedures.
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationship with customers and understand discuss basic subsea operation and completions.
- Provide strategic sales plan and be part of bid and proposals.
- Ensure timely Sales Order update and delivery commitment to customers.
- Be part of HSEQ and generation Operation Management
Skills/Experience:
- >10 years’ experience in working experience in the subsea or offshore market.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering with Business Knowledge.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills, good communication skills (verbal and written), proven Sales management skills, self-starter and motivator.
- Requires extensive inter-personal skills, excellent business planning skills, cross-group coordination at all levels, business acumen, and the ability to work on several diverse projects at the same time For
