Job description

​This is an excellent platform for a senior talent management and learning & development professional to lead the corporate strategy for a market leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will lead a team of professionals to design and implement talent identification, management frameworks, development strategy and succession planning to groom future leaders within the organisation. You will drive robust employee communications and engagement, also partnering with key internal stakeholders and business leaders on talent initiatives and roadmap.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will have more than 10 - 15 years of Talent Management and Learning & Development experience. You will have solid grasp of talent management issues and come across as highly motivated individual with strong people management skil to take lead initiatives or projects in a dynamic environment.
