Job description
We represent a technology MNC with global footprints and due to continued expansion into Asia, there is now an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the role of the HR Business Partner will be to oversee the entire employee lifecycle and to drive talent management related business initiatives. As the main point of contact for employees’ matters, the ability to communicate with stakeholders of all seniority levels is a key.
The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of HR generalist experience in MNC companies, preferably from technology related sectors. You will have solid grasp of employment laws in the region and come across as highly motivated, confident to take initiatives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
