Job description
This is an excellent opportunity to for a HR Business Partner to join a Fintech organisation as the business continues expand and steer ahead of their competitors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will interact with the business leaders, providing HR advisory on the full suite of HR functions. You will need to effectively advise the business in the area of building talent pipeline, employee engagement, operational efficiency, learning development and rewards.
REQUIREMENTS:
With a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, in a banking or financial services environment, the ideal candidate has a solid track record in developing relationship and demonstrating strategic thinking in a lean and dynamic environment.
