Job Summary

  • Your role as a HR Business Partner will work closely with business stakeholders to provide advice on all aspects of human resource such as rewards strategy, resource planning, performance management, and retention and development initiatives.

 

Job Description

  • Partner with line managers on recruitment. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process inclusive of sourcing, talent mapping, interviewing, reference checks to proposing offer packages and generating employment contracts
  • Build strong talent pipelines for the organisation
  • Identify gaps and propose solutions to drive employee engagement levels
  • Drive and manage delivery of annual performance review exercises and salary review process
  • Manage performance management issues
  • Coach Managers to independently solve HR issues & on performance management
  • Provide advice to management on compensation matters. Execute on compensation and benefits activities / initiatives in the organisation
  • Work with business leaders to determine manpower requirements and plan resources needed to achieve them
  • Support business transformation projects in the region. Be a driver for change and proactively manage organisational effectiveness

 

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or any other relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years’ of experience as a HR Generalist / HR Business Partner, preferably in the media or entertainment industry
  • Sound knowledge on local employment / labour laws
  • Able to think creatively, have an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management utilising data-driven recommendation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
