As part of our Client's expansion, there is now an opportunity for an HR Engagement Manager to join the team.
You will be partnering with the recruitment consultants to build talent sourcing strategies and pipelines through various channels. This includes pre-screening of candidates through interviews and actively engage with passive candidates on potential opportunities. Being the point of contact for internal stakeholders and potential talents, the ability to communicate is a key.
The ideal candidate should come with client services, sales or administration experiences, preferably in HR and/or talent acquisition field of work. The individual should be highly motivated, independent, resourceful, and ideally, familiar with various recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and comfortable to learn different Technology CRM systems. Prior knowledge of various HR verticals will be an added advantage.
