An established global MNC is looking to hire a regional HRBP with past /ongoing focus in the area of Learning & Organisational Development. Reporting and acting as the deputy to the Regional HRD, this portfolio will engage with management, business and HR stakeholders to develop, calibrate, and drive the smooth implementation and follow-through of Talent Management processes, Learning and Leadership Development programs, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and other transformational/cultural work.
To quality for this role, you will have at least 8 years of relevant HRBP/L&D experience and have worked in a matrixed MNC environment, preferably within manufacturing. Do note that this role is based in the West (Tuas).
