Job description

We are pleased to partner our client who is a young technology start-up based in Singapore.

As part of the expansion, there is now an opportunity for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will manage and implement HR processes including analytics, implementation and streamlining of workflow from onboarding to offboarding, payroll and compensation & benefits.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to provide HR solutions, and taking charge of HR initiatives and projects.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of HR operations in any industry, across SEA countries and China.

You will have solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and come across as highly motivated, passionate about people matters in a start-up environment.
