Responsibilities:

The Regional Clinical Chemistry & ImmunoAssay Product Manager is responsible for regional product management activities to support Clinical Chemistry & ImmunoAssay business.
 

  • PRODUCT LAUNCH
    • Develop & execute HGM (High Growth Markets) launch plan in coordination with BU (Business Units)
    • Support local team to establish localized value proposition & positioning for their customer’s segmentation
    • Establish & execute “Train the Trainer” program for local sales team and monitor quality of local sales training execution
    • Follow up Regulatory Affairs registration timelines
    • Drive commercial execution by deployment of New Product Launch Excellence process in regional & Local teams
    • First 3 year forecast consolidation for new products in alignment with commercial budget
  • CUSTOMER INSIGHTS & CUSTOMER FACING ACTIVITIES
    • In support of strategic initiatives, conduct regular VoC (=Voice of Customers) to capture market trends, better understanding customers’ needs and objections
    • Participate to the elaboration of the regional exhibition’s display and program and support in-booth activities
    • According to market needs, support local teams to promote Company offering in events (Customer’s visits, VIP presentations, Round tables, Portfolio presentations in customer events and more)
  • PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & SALES TRAINING
    • Elaborate, adjust & communicate value proposition & positioning for Company solutions
    • Review and feedback BU to provide meaningful competitive response materials (attack packs, comparison tables and more)
    • Support & conduct Sales & Marketing “Train the Trainer” program and monitor quality of local sales training execution
    • Maintain & share information on Product line Share Points
    • Develop the content for marketing tools to support local team needs: External and internal emailing campaigns, Case studies, presentation materials (Power points, posters and more)
  • REGIONAL MARKETING STRATEGY
    • Develop annual marketing plan in coordination with BU & local teams
    • Support to local teams for commercial strategy development & commercial execution including customer segmentation and portfolio positioning to meet commercial targets
    • Organize regular (monthly or quarterly) touch points (incl. calls, workshops, business review meetings and more) to share product lines updates (Competitive updates, obsolescence planning), with ComOps (Commercial Operations) product management teams
    • In coordination with local commercial teams, support problem Solving process (=PSP) or other “Deep Dive” activities to countermeasure any difficulties in local deployment of commercial initiatives
  • PRODUCT VIGILANCE
    • First point of contact in Regional Marketing for BU in case of Field Action deployment
    • Review, validation and communication of the Playbook before distribution to local team & distributors (in coordination with BU & RA)
    • Evaluation of business impact due to Field action
    • According to needs, establish Daily Management with all stakeholders to insure the coordination between BU, Service, Commercial operations and Marketing and QARA departments.
  • PRELAUNCH
    • Support HGM Product Management leader in Product development & pre-launch activities related to Clinical Chemistry & ImmunoAssay portfolio

Experience

  • University Degree in Science or equivalent
  • At least 10-year experience in IVD industry
  • Previous marketing and sales experience required
  • 30-40% International travel
