Responsibilities:

  • Fully understand the market, develop the corresponding national service strategy according to market competition and customer demand, and effectively implement strategy
  • Make the service to be one of the company's competitive advantages
  • Formulate channel planning and management strategies, review, supervise and assist in channel development
  • Plan, coordinate and allocate service resources, improve service personnel skills, and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Insight into the needs of customers, develop the corresponding value-added service strategy
  • Increase customer stickiness in the basic of completion of regional value-added service tasks
  • Establish cross-departmental communication channels and mechanisms, coordinate the relationship with all departments, and ensure satisfaction of internal and external customer
  • Timely and effectively communicate the company's cultural values, identify the strengths and weaknesses of employees, and promote the development of employees and the team by delegating responsibilities
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years working experience in medical industry, MNC is preferred
  • More than 5 years of profession management experience
  • Team management skills; Business management skills; Communication and collaboration
  • The ability to explore customer needs; Excellent communication and coordination skills; Good system and logical thinking ability; Good innovation ability; Ability to adapt and integrate across cultures
  • Bio-medical engineering; Patient monitoring/anesthesia machine/critical care products/ surgical products background
