Job description


  • Executive Administrative Support
  • Provides executive level administrative support to assigned Leaders and Functions 
  • Calendar management, travel arrangement, including travel itinerary and logistics
  • Travel and expenses submission, raise purchase orders and payments for the assigned departments
  • Coordinates meeting agenda and minutes of meeting
  • Provides support to engagement owners in coordinating and obtaining signatures from authorized signatories on required documents
  • Supports the arrangement team/department meetings
  • Arrangement of luncheons
  • Manages the administrative activities of the overall organization to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Ensures that assigned duties are completed with great sense of urgency
  • Covers duties of the Admin Team members in their absence


  • Supply Chain Support
  • Coordinates with Distribution partner to ensure uninterrupted patient supply
  • Resolves customer sales order issues (urgent requests, delivery concerns)
  • Reviews exceptional sales order approval requests (price gap, bonus gap) and decides on appropriate course of action in consultation with the various stakeholders
  • Follows up on fulfilment of back orders
  • Ensures integrity of price maintenance in systems
  • Manages material inventory by executing purchase requisitions and monitoring stock level
  • Resolves day to day interface issues between systems and troubleshoot SAP system issues
  • Performs stock allocations when needed
  • Tender operations Lead - acts as the interface between internal stakeholder to manage, monitor and coordinate the tender process



  • Tertiary qualification from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing comprehensive administrative support to a team
  • Prior experience working in a matrix and multi-cultural environment
  • MNC working experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, with keen learner attitude
  • Proficient with Google Office suite and related business applications preferred
  • Experience or a passion in supply chain management is a PLUS
