Job description

Our client is a well-known MNC in Imaging Diagnostics field. They are looking for professional application specialist to support their Singapore market

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing clinical support and application training to new and existing customers in the operation of company’s MI equipment, including SPECT, SPECT-CT, PET-CT and PET-MRI systems
  • Providing clinical, marketing, training and technical sales support in the relevant field. Your knowledge of clinical procedures, workflow, practical working experience, technical and image quality evaluation skills will be vital to promote company’s product range to the market
  • Provide comprehensive MI and/ or application training independently to various groups and levels of staff in all environments
  • Perform system troubleshooting, image quality, protocol & workflow optimization together with customers
  • Engage customers in consultative or collaborative discussions on relevant research projects
  • Perform product presentations, and on-site demos for workshops, conferences, site visits, pre-sales events, tender clarifications, customer updates etc.
  • Support and conduct training initiatives, such as educational and clinical workshops
  • Assist and advise sales team in system configuration for tender submissions and clarifications
  • Understand and develop expertise in competitive product comparison and our unique selling points
  • Build key reference sites in Singapore for site visits and image sharing
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with key clinical users

 

Requirements

  • A radiographer with at least 4 years working experience in MI and/ or. Experienced in wide range of neuro, orthopedic, cardiac, oncology applications
  • Good communication and interaction skills with colleagues & customers
  • Previous knowledge or training on MI equipment e.g SPECT, SPECT-CT, PET-CT and PET-MRI equipment and applications is an advantage
  • Clinical knowledge, training and operational experience on other imaging modalities is an advantage
  • Existing Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) Registration & Practicing Certificate or valid qualifications for registration, is an advantage
