Established US MNC is looking for an experienced Regional Accounts Payable Manager to supervise the Accounts Payable function for their Finance team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all Accounts Payable, including vendor management and consignment arrangement
- Manage high volume of AP bills and limit backlog to minimal
- Responsible for process improvement to optimize turnaround time
- Liaise with Corporate Treasury to manage payment process and working capital needs
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in adherence to the global reporting standards and guidelines, as well as pertaining tax laws
- Respond promptly to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting and/or ACCA
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Highly organized and can multi-task efficiently
- Experience in leading a sizeable team
- Experience working in shared services environment
- Good interpersonal skills needed to work effectively with employees and suppliers
- Hands on, detail oriented and meticulous at work
- Must be able to travel for work
- Must be good with Excel and MS Office Suite
- Working knowledge of multiple ERP systems like SAP, Acumatica and Ariba would be highly advantageous
