Job description


  • Drive strategic commercial and customer oriented initiatives within the Regional Commercial Development Team to ensure our commercial teams across APAC stay abreast of customer and market trends
  • Identify areas of needs in order to drive commercial innovation and customer engagement excellence that enables our sales and commercial leaders to be the best in class within the industry
  • Design and deploy commercial and sales excellence initiatives that enables our company to partner industry stakeholders in the move towards healthcare transformation
  • Partner with company’s key customers and priority markets in the research segment to propel focus and growth in key clinical testing markets
  • Manage our global CRO accounts regionally in partnership with local and global account managers across the world to serve our CRO customers
  • Innovate engagement with this unique group of customers through collaboration across functions
  • Uncover and explore growth and business opportunities amongst company’s customer segments
  • As part of Sales Excellence, support the driving of the design of best practice sharing within the APAC region to ensure our affiliate commercial leads are on top of market and customer trends by leading or facilitating squads that drive tangible outcomes on key topics such as Sales Capability Building, C-Suite Engagement and Key Account Management
  • Work with the Regional Commercial Development team and affiliate stakeholders to support the business expansion needs of key accounts, and to design programs that support the implementation of strategies to drive short term operational responsibilities along with longer term strategic focus areas implementation with members of the team
  • The role will be based in Singapore, regional office for Asia Pacific


  • Possess an Advance degree in Business or Sciences
  • At least 6 years of experience in Management consulting, IVD or life sciences industry experience (preferred, but not necessary)
  • Worked in a highly matrix multi-national organization, have exposure to regional and international roles in social or business context
  • Strategic thinking, solid business acumen and being results-oriented, proven track record of delivering successful business projects/initiatives across functions and geographies
  • Ability to convince, influence and negotiate with your stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills and can articulate a business proposal clearly
  • Well-organized, can prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently to ensure timely completion
