3 Must Have Are:

  • Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) / Sales Operations / Business Analyst work experience
  • Strong in communication skills. Performed partnering as Regional HQ (APAC) to assist countries on alignments, supported process and operations
  • Basic SQL


  • Reports to Regional Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager
  • Enable an efficient and continuous function of Corporate CRM suite includes BI solutions for Asia Pacific countries to maximize the country field force effectiveness. Work with relevant country contacts to establish and streamline relevant processes and support the change management and operations of CRM solutions. Manage business analytics and provide practical data extraction, mapping, formatting and cleansing for the data management in Asia Pacific countries
  • Ensure efficient and effective assistance is given to Regional SFE Manager to enable an efficient and continuous functioning of Corporate CRM solutions
  • Coordinate Country change management process from end to end including (but not limited to) validate change request template submitted by Country SFE, facilitate review meeting, understand the change request scope and business reasons, review and validate change request audit results
  • Assist in project coordination and documentation with Country SFE, IT and Sales and Marketing department
  • Understand the Country Sales and Marketing business processes and database structure, assist in addressing operational issue or gap related to CRM Solutions and provide recommendation or workaround to Country SFE
  • Interpret data models and undertake detailed analysis of data held in a variety of formats
  • Utilize data discovery tools to support the extraction, analysis, cleansing and transformation
  • Perform data analysis in the development of analysis documentation to support BI dashboard and reports based on Sales KPIs
  • Identify data quality issues and assist Country SFE to develop suitable remediation actions
  • Provide training support to Country SFE
  • Refresh documentations, checklists and materials whenever required
  • Identify continuous improvement within area of responsibility
  • Maintain good working relationship with customers, peers and other departments


  • Minimum 2~3 years as a Business Analyst and/or Sales Operations role
  • Minimum 1 year experience SQL experience particularly in running query and handling data using SQL
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences with, Microsoft CRM or other CRM solutions
  • Prior experience on end user trainings and operational support
  • Experience with OBIEE for Dashboard and Sales KPIs analytics
  • Understanding of key database concepts and architecture of relational databases (e.g. Data Model)
  • Able to handle a volume of documentations, training materials etc
  • Prior experience with Data Discovery Tools (Toad, Tableau) is a plus
