Our client is a pharmaceutical MNC.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Regional SFE Lead & Teams to drive best-practices in Sales & Marketing Excellence - demonstrate stepwise improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of regional Sales resources
  • Supporting and implement selected core capabilities which countries are expected to adopt or develop
  • Active Management of Agreed SFE KPIs
    • Monitor country performance against agreed Salesforce KPIs, and work with countries and the Region to identify opportunities for improvement
    • Support the RSFEL in the preparation and presentation of SFE KPIs to Regional Senior Leadership
    • Actively work with AP BI (Business Intelligence) to manage the current Dashboard and CRM system, related internal process
  • Sales Incentives
    • Actively manage downstream adoption of Incentives Principles by Countries and support countries in closing gaps
    • Actively work with external vendor to monitor the status of the country as well as outstanding open items
  • Segmentation and Targeting
    • Support the RSFEL and country to drive differentiated investment (effort, messaging, channels) in high potential customer segments – ensure that each country has a realistic short and medium-term plan for improvement in targeting effectiveness
  • Salesforce Capabilities
    • Ensure that each country actively manages call quality
    • Ensure that each country actively manages both quantum and quality of coaching
    • Ad-hoc capabilities which RSFEL can draw from the SFE diagnostic and expert consultancy
    • CRM management & deployment, provide hands-on support to Countries in tactical deployment of Cornerstone solution
    • Provide direction of SFE, undertake additional project work where cross-functional capabilities, expertise or data are required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field with 10 years experience managing large to midsize projects and/or programs of increasing complexity required
  • Green belt or Black belt or Scrum Master certification Preferred
  • Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change
  • Experience within a regulated environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
