One of global healthcare company is recruiting for Senior Financial Analyst (Principal Level) to support SEA Finance leaders and achieve the overall goals covering business partnering, planning forecasting, reporting and project initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with regional management, and country finance in driving key initiatives to achieve business and financial goals and objectives
• Partner with business to develop financial models for key strategic investments to support business critical decision making
• Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, Opex and working capital
•  Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Work directly with business and country finance team in the reporting and analysis of financial and business information to identify issues and opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement of business and financial processes, including standardization of current reporting activities
• Reporting activities including variance, comparative and trend analysis for divisional/country sales, gross margins, operating expenses, headcount and key balance sheet items as well as drive financial operating mechanism and month-end closing effectively

Skills/Experience:

The successful candidate should have proven track records in in financial analysis, planning, and business support required. Healthcare industry experience preferred

You should possess professional qualifications in bachelor’s degree in accounting, MBA will be a plus Minimum of 8 years’ experience within FP&A business partnering CPA or CA would be preferred

Familiar with Hyperion Enterprise and/or HFM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and SAP will be an advantage

You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high analytical and problem-solving skill. Intellectual curiosity and strong professional judgment. Demonstrated ability for creative analysis and creative problem-solving and be able to demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
