Job description
This is an excellent opportunity to have real visibility with a global organisation that’s undergoing a period of exciting changes. As the incoming Talent Acquisition Leader, the incumbent will have the mandate to build and transform Talent Acquisition function for the Asia Pacific countries.
As part of the APAC Human Resources and Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, this role will develop and implement acquisition strategy based on business needs and industry trends, ensuring that the firm continues to attract the best talent to support its futurist goals. We are not just looking for a typical recruiter who is strong operationally, but a talent acquisition professional with experience in managing programs and initiatives at the regional and global level.
To qualify for this role, you should have 10 to 15 years of in-depth talent acquisition experience with a large established MNC that’s highly matrixed, with strong stakeholder management at the country, regional and global level. Additionally, you should also be metrics and analytics driven, well-organised and strong in presentation.
