This is a leadership role with an international MNC that has a strong recognisable brand and which has been consistently registering double digit growth in Asia Pacific region. As part of HR transformation, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned Talent leader to drive the new operating model.
In this role, you will be a key person for organisational design and change management initiatives, advising on full spectrum of talent topics such as on talent identification and review, for effective succession planning which is aligned with the desired talent development culture and global strategy. This position will contribute at an organisational development, programmatic level and at the same time, maintained a hands-on approach to ensure the systems and processes are operating effectively, as the team navigates through transformation.
To qualify, we will require the individual to have at least 10 years of in-depth talent management experience gained in a fast growing, dynamic and innovative environment. Additionally, the person should have exceptional stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to navigate complexities and build relationship across multiple platforms.
