Job description
We represent a logistics company with strong international trading presence to search for a rewards expert to join them.
REQUIREMENTS:
This role will be supporting the Group Rewards Team in designing and managing compensations and benefits.
You will also be working on various rewards activities (e.g annual benchmarking exercise, annual compensation review and job grading exercise).
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of C&B experience in MNC companies.
