Job description
Our client is a well-known Pharma MNC. They are looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist to be responsible for operations (including change management, data management, other operations related to the country he/she is responsible for) as well as provide support on SQL using the Corporate data extraction and Oracle Business Intelligence platform.
The role of Regional SFE Specialist is to enable an efficient and continuous function of Corporate CRM suite includes BI solutions for Asia Pacific countries to maximize the country field force effectiveness. You will work with relevant country contacts to establish and streamline relevant processes and support the change management and operations of CRM solutions. You will also manage different business analytics based on Sales KPIs to meet the business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and effective assistance is given to Regional SFE Manager to enable an efficient and continuous functioning of Corporate CRM solutions
- Coordinate Country change management process from end to end including (but not limited to) validate change request template submitted by Country SFE, facilitate review meeting, understanding of change request scope and business reasons, review change request audit results etc
- Understanding of data models and undertaking detailed analysis of data held in a variety of formats
- Utilize data discovery tools to support data extraction, analysis, cleansing and transformation
- Provide development support for OBIEE BI dashboard/report
- Maintain and refresh dashboard data on periodical basis
- Follow up on action item and drive closure with Country SFE or other teams involved
- Provide training support to Country SFE
- Refresh documentations, checklists and materials whenever required
- Maintain good working relationship with customers, peers and other departments
- Identify continuous improvement within your area of responsibility
Experience
- Minimum 2~3 years as a Business/Data Analyst or Sales Operations role
- Strong knowledge of SQL with at least 2-3 years of experience of using SQL to perform independent data analysis/extraction/transformation
- Understanding of key database concepts and architecture of relational databases (e.g. Data Model)
- Prior experience with Data Discovery Tools (Toad, Tableau)
- Knowledge and experience with using end-to-end analytics BI tools/platforms such as Spotfire/Tableau/OBIEE to develop reports/dashboards/analysis
- Coordinate with Country stakeholders to collect and document business/technical requirements
- Ability to quickly learn new applications/technology
- Basic knowledge of ETL is a plus
- Direct experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL and Oracle BI (OBIEE) skill are huge plus
- Able to handle a volume of documentations, training materials etc
- Experiences with CRM solutions roll out and/or roll out coordination is a plus
