Senior Analyst, Internal Audit

Job description

​You will be responsible for leading, planning and executing internal audits throughout the company’s functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execution of the global internal audit plan
• Establish risk-based audit programs
• Use data analytics during planning and execution to optimize effectiveness.
• Coordinate with other functions to minimize to ensure aligned and efficient execution
• Determine compliance with policies and procedures
• Assist Audit Manager in preparing and compiling audit results
• Managing risk assessment and the overall implementation of group audit methodology.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding internal control or risk management
• Ensure that the audit results and conclusions are adequately communicated at the end of the audit.
• Participate in other projects like Enterprise Risk Management and ad-hoc investigations
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably with prior exposure of electronics or manufacturing services.
• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting and internal controls
• Travelling percentage approx. 40% of the year
