Job description
You will be responsible for client implementation and fund set-ups, as well as playing a support role in portfolio and custody changes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle the end-to-end portfolio transition process
Set up new portfolios and funds for clients in the APAC region
Attend to internal/external clients’ queries and respond within a designated timeline
Update changes to the portfolio & custody and liaise with the relevant external parties
Handle off-boarding of clients or funds
Maintain good working relationship between the Operations team and internal/external stakeholders.
Other ad-hoc duties / project(s) as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Asset Management industry or a Custodian Bank
Prior working experience with Aladdin & use of Tableau will be advantageous
System savvy, and strong project management skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
