Newly created role due to team’s expansion. This person will be responsible for developing deal-specific financial strategies customer requirements, along with response & closing financial tactics with the Sales Lead Legal function to improve company’s market positioning and win probability as well as bid engagement spans the bid lifecycle from qualification through deal closure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all business planning, financial forecasting, target setting, variance analysis and reporting of revenues, expenses, profit and headcount for the ASEAN region
  • Working closely with India team to accurately report results to senior management
  • Negotiations with prospective clients, existing customers and customer’s advisors/legal teams including participation in oral presentations to internal and external executives
  • Manage and conduct internal reviews and negotiations of the commercial and financial and commercial terms for transactions from the account qualification phase through customer proposal submission, negotiation and contracting phases
  • Support and drive the development to improve the financial viability and win probability of company’s opportunities
  • Maintain and create financial models and KPI’s to support business development and decision making
  • Working closely with client partners, delivery partners, country leads and communicate proactively with senior Managers in international markets to understand market trends


The successful candidate should have proven track records in International business and bidding experience, along with knowledge of off-shore engagement models will be preferable 

Experienced working knowledge of current “market” positions on key financial constructs and commercial terms, information technology customer expectations and, client advisor trends on these positions and ability to support and influence sales/account/operational teams and country leads

You should possess professional qualifications in bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum of 8 years of working experience within software developer / software consulting industry would be preferable Familiar with business analysis, analysis of the competition, market share play, business modelling, go to market, marketing investment strategy

Demonstrated ability for creative analysis and creative problem-solving and be able to demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
