Job description
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join a large established Tech firm as the business continues to steer ahead of their competitors.
Our client is well entrenched globally, and Singapore is a key strategic site for Asia Pacific.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior HR Business Partner will be required to offer sound HR consultation around business unit’s agenda, global programs, employee relations, succession planning, people development, workforce optimization, performance enablement and culture, focusing on the leadership team.
REQUIREMENTS:
With a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, in a multinational and/or tech environment, the ideal candidate has a solid track record in developing relationship and demonstrating strategic thinking in a culturally diverse and dynamic environment.
Candidates with HR Business Partnering experience across countries in Asia will be desirable.
