Job description
Our client is currently hiring for an FP&A professional.
This role reports into the Finance Head and is required to business partner with the operation team across supply chain, strategy, and procurement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Work closely with supply chain, strategy, and procurement teams, provide advice to support business needs by collaborating with cross functional teams
•Track and analyse monthly/quarterly financial performance against budget/forecast
•Business partnering – devising recommendations to strengthen plans and initiatives
•Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
•Lead, motivate and coach team members
•Manage the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process for the organization by setting and communicating clear goals
•Assist with business planning, financial accounting & management reporting activities
•Drive continuous process improvement activities
•Ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent (ACCA or CA)
•Minimally 8 years of business partnership experience in a dynamic working environment
•Retail or FMCG industry experience would be preferred
•SAP FI, Anaplan skills
