Job description
Our client, a Global organisation is seeking a Corporate finance/Strategy professional to join their team in expanding the company’s new portfolio.
Being part of the investment’s team, a driven and with growth mindset individual will be able to help lead and manage the new portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy planning and provide support on key strategic matters including full cycle of M&A transactions activities (ie: valuation, financial due diligence, financial modelling)
Providing financial oversight including analysis, budgeting and forecast on business proposal
Review and analyse on regulatory trends to assist in key strategic decision-making
Lead and execute end to end transaction/projects
REQUIREMENTS:
Good degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Business Administration. CFA, MBA will be an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Track record in driving and delivering strategy/M&A projects
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management
Prior consultancy/advisory experience will be an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication
