Job description
Our client, a Global organisation is seeking a M&A professional to join their team in expanding the company’s portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Department, this person will be one of the Key members for this team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to develop business strategies and plans for the company.
Identify new potential target for investment and acquisition
Implement and execute the plans. Managing the end-to-end deal cycle
Providing financial due diligence, financial modelling, scoping, valuation, planning and integration
REQUIREMENTS:
Good degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Business Administration. CFA, MBA will be an added advantage
At least 8 years of experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Track record in driving and delivering strategy projects
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management
Prior consultancy/advisory experience will be an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication
