Job description
To be part of the management team, given stewardship to lead the FP&A team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for strategy, financial planning, financial controls and reporting
• Provide financial insights and work collaboratively with the commercial team in order to support the business to grow with available resources
• Stakeholder management and work with Business Unit heads on projects that are critical for business success
• Identifying improvement and providing recommendation on work processes and internal control
• Providing advisory and partnership to key stakeholders
• Leading, training, and guiding finance team to achieve company goals
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Accountancy and with CPA / CA qualifications
• Minimum of 10 - 15 years’ experience in finance, including at least 4 years of management experiences and Big 4 grounding
• Depth of FP&A commercial business partnering and reporting experience is required
• Strong knowledge on regulatory requirements and accounting standards
• Strong ability to influence senior key regional stakeholders
