Job description
We are pleased to partner our client who is a large locally listed company, there is now an opportunity for a Manager, Talent Management to join the team in Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, you will design and implement talent frameworks, leadership development strategy aligned to the agenda and priority of the organisation.
You will drive robust employee communications on various platforms and partner with internal stakeholders and business leaders for talent initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of Talent Management and/or Organisation Development experience.
You will have solid grasp of talent management issues and come across as highly motivated, and confident to take lead initiatives or projects in a dynamic environment.
