Job description
One of global healthcare company is recruiting senior APAC Pricing and Sale Manager to drive standard finance management process and improvement and support senior country commercial leaders across Asia Pacific countries including finance and other functional heads.
Responsibilities:

You will work closely with country commercial and global supporting functions and APAC leadership including revenue, price, standard margin, channel, sales team, and key account

Support development and maintenance of global sales data warehouse, CRM system and other global commercial tools

Develop and execute sales analysis activities that are aligned with corporate strategies
-
Analyse and communicate the sales performance of specific sales teams
-
Continuously develop commercial and forecasting system across APAC countries
-
Drive process standardization, and pipeline management analysis

Provide sales information and analytics to support monthly, quarterly and business commercial review meetings
Skills/Experience:
-
Proven track records in development and improvement of commercial business processes within global fast-paced work environment

Minimum bachelor degree in finance, economics. MBA would be preferred. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high analytical and problem-solving skill mathematical acumen and goal setting,

Minimum of 10 years in pricing and sale operations experience preferred with team management is a must. Specific sales operations experience desired but not necessary.
