Job description
We are representing a technology start up with a strong recognizable brand name that is growing tremendously. The team is looking for seasoned and talents rewards professional with proven track record in designing, driving strategic total compensation and equity program that impact the business constructively.
To qualify for this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in compensation within Southeast Asia, and ideally from technology start up or dynamic fast-growing organization, with solid track record in navigating strategic business goals from opening new markets; mergers and acquisitions; or active recommendation in supporting new project initiatives.
