Reporting to the HR Director, the role of the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team to oversee the recruitment cycle within the organisation.
This includes identifying potential talents to groom and actively involved in employer branding via social media.
Being the point of contact for internal stakeholders and potential employees, the ability to communicate is a key.
The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of talent acquisition experience in MNC companies, preferably technology companies.
You will have a solid grasp of employment laws in Singapore and come across as highly motivated, adaptable, and confident to take initiatives in a fast paced, culturally diverse, and dynamic environment.
