Job Description 3 Key Preferences Are:

Local Singapore medical devices sales experience
-
Handles Cardiac Surgery products selling to customers such as physicians, medical labs & hospitals
-
Independent & mature single contributor, have certain clinical product technical knowledge
Responsibilities:
-
Reports to Business Unit Head, SEA
-
Establish, maintain and develop mutually profitable business relationships between Company and its customers (both external and internal) in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies. Maximize sales opportunities and maintain existing business, optimizing both revenue and gross profit growth while maintaining and growing the local markets

Sell the company’s medical devices products by interacting with established customers (physicians, medical labs, hospitals) and developing new prospects

Assist monitoring sales activity, create and adopt a Business Plan per account and follow up on Account & Market evolution, plan and prepare forecasts by account, product and therapy for the given territory as well as propose expenses for meetings and/or customer activities including Proctor visits

Establish customer contact and strengthen relationships

Maintain the in-service of products and ensure that customers are provided with adequate technical, product and in-service support, train customers on product use and ensure after sales service by a continued follow with the customers as defined in territory plan

Support marketing by reporting data in SFDC (Data collection, competitor and customer activities) and execute marketing strategy

Prepare and negotiate price offers with distributors and buyers. Respond to tender with a bid and contract in collaboration with Manager supervision

Monitor and administer the Area (and Product Line) expense budgets to ensure control of costs. Grants, Congress, Locals Meeting, etc.

Responsible for inventory management (ordering, shipment, swap & discard)

Create Sales Monthly reports outlining sales activities, product promotions, competition products and price, tenders, etc.
Experiences:
-
Bachelor's degree in related field required; Bioscience discipline (e.g. Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry) preferred
-
Minimum 5 years’ of Extensive medical sales/ marketing/ management experience with a proven ability in medical sales - preferably cardiac surgery or related field

Healthcare compliance / product compliance
-
Substantial product / market / industry knowledge
-
Networks with senior internal and external representatives in own area of expertise
-
Good clinical product /Technical Knowledge of current portfolio handles
-
Should have the capabilities & potential to cover not only Singapore, but also the Philippines
