Newly created role due team's expansion. This person will be responsible for full life-cycle of transfer pricing management: transfer pricing setting, monitoring and testing, year-end transfer pricing adjustments, and coordination of transfer pricing documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with respective country accounting teams to segment and analyse financial data as required to determine the transfer pricing and customs positions
- Assisting with implementation of control framework and working with transfer pricing counterparts in other parts of the world as needed
- Supporting any transfer pricing and customs audits across the region as needed
- Coordination with accounting teams in APAC countries and external consultants for purpose of any benchmarking, transfer pricing documentations
Skills/Experience:
The successful candidate should have mins 3 years of transfer pricing experience in a big 4 audit firm and able to explain the difference between price setting vs price testing
Ability to translate complex supply chain information into transactional flows and useful financial data and able to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness under limited supervision would be preferable
You should possess professional qualifications degree in accounting with minimum of 3 years’ combining Big 4 audit and/or commercial experience
You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high analytical and problem-solving skill. Intellectual curiosity and strong professional judgment
Demonstrated ability for creative analysis and creative problem-solving and be able to demonstrate initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
