Job description

​Experience Design Team in DTO (Digital Transformation Office) is a dynamic and creative team that is focused on using an experience design approach for Organisation to innovate in new opportunities while transforming the current business. Unlike many design teams, this team is adept at delivering end-to-end design outcomes - from gaining customer insights, to the capture of new business opportunities, and rapid iterations of market-launched products and services. We are looking for talents with various design disciplines across the design process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Kickstart and facilitate design project discussions / workshops with users and stakeholders

  • Conduct user research and gain deep customer insights to co-create with users and stakeholders

  • Apply Design Thinking process in projects and collaborate with stakeholders to translate customer needs into effective design prototypes

  • Support the development and testing of prototypes to Minimum Viable Product in design delivery

  • Visualize complex information and concepts in simple and effective way in design channels and touchpoints

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a design facilitator, design researcher, UX and visual designer or service designer

  • A proven record of strong empathy, problem solving, facilitation and/or entrepreneurial skills

  • Practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles

  • Strong desire to change and challenge status quo, ask the right questions, and make things happen
