Our Client is one of largest company listed on the Singapore Exchange, currently they are looking for Strategic Investment Manager/Senior Manger to be responsible to perform in-depth analysis on deal conducting research and analysis on strategic investment
Skills/Experience:
The successful candidate should have proven track records in M&A transaction process, valuation and due diligence or valuation methodologies. Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills and lead or managing team cross-functional projects
You should possess professional qualifications in bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related filed with minimum of 5 years’ experience with CFA from consulting firm and familiar with financial tools such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Capital IQ would be preferred
You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high analytical and problem-solving skill. Intellectual curiosity and strong professional judgment. Demonstrated ability for creative analysis and creative problem-solving and initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
