Job description

We are exclusively representing a client to hire someone senior to head up their Channel Operations Division in Singapore.

Reporting to the Managing Director based in Singapore, you will be part of the Operations leadership team.

You will take responsibility in running the operations division and take charge in the planning and implementation of new solutions / processes.

You will partner closely with Business and Technology in the standardization of technology components in Singapore, in vision of creating a global footprint that will allow the support of the regional subsidiaries and branches.

You will plan, review and implement the directions and strategies for the division – and take responsibility for various functions within the team:

  • Cheque & GIRO clearing

  • FAST/PayNow

  • Self Service Machine operations

  • Account opening


To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Masters degree

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience


    1. Track record in running sizeable Retail Operations teams

    2. Familiar with Channel Operations (Cheque, GIRO, FAST, Paynow, Self Service Banking)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
