Job description
Our client is the largest foreign retail bank in Singapore with a strong global presence. They are looking to hire a Senior Vice President to head the Retail Analytics department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with the Heads of Personal Loans, Mortgage, Insurance and Cards to provide data-driven actionable insights
Lead a team of onshore Data specialists, offshore Data team and external vendors
Head the Retail Analytics team to translate complex data information into business insights for Product Leads across the bank
Understand the Data infrastructure and data ingestion process to guide, mentor and hire for your department
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's or Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent with at 10 years of Retail or Banking Analytics experience
Proficient in C-suite management reporting
Strong stakeholder management skills, experience presenting and getting buy-in from department heads and C-level executives
Ability to translate complicated data information into actionable insights for front office and business users
Strong initiative and highly agile in championing data-driven innovations
