Backed by a strong financial institution with presence across the globe, our client is an exciting financial technology company established 4 years ago. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to drive the search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with functional leads to identify and formulate talent acquisition plans. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to take full ownership of recruitment lifecycle, and pioneer the campus recruitment initiatives for the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years of experience in talent acquisition function with expertise and knowledge of technical hiring. You come across as agile and resilient with highly effective interpersonal skills to build relationship with internal stakeholders.
