Job description
We are working with a leading bank in Asia with global network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to drive the search for a Head IT Service Operation to join their Singapore Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Head of IT Service Operation, you will be working closely with all the technology teams and drive operational excellence and strategy to ensure that the technologies comply with service operation practices eg Service Automation, Risk & Compliance.
You will also be the SME for infrastructure service where you will work closely with Technology leads, Risk leads, and IT service management lead.
As the lead, you are responsible for driving the end-to-end risk management process and governing the technology team on the risk and issues that arise from projects, risk, and control self-assessment.
You will be working closely with external vendors, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure technology strategy and execution are aligned.
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree
15 years of relevant experience
MUST HAVE:
Experienced in IT Infrastructure concepts and solutions
Experienced in Network, Voice / Video services
Strong knowledge in IT service management, Service Operations, Service Processes
