We represent an established market leader that has grown exponentially through timely acquisitions and highly innovative service offerings to their customers across multiple regions. As the business continues to expand its business internationally, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned Organisation Development Leader to lead Southeast Asia and ANZ.

Reporting into the Regional Head of OD, this position will play a critical partnering role in driving the overall change related strategy across countries, particularly in the topic of talent management, leadership development and shaping of cultural changes to ensure sustainability. We are looking for an individual who is astute in making business impact through pragmatic and commercial solutions, with ability to go beyond theoretical concepts and connect the dots.

To qualify for this role, we will require between 10 to 15 years of solid experience in leading regional OD agenda ideally from financial services related organisations. You will have strong business acumen, an excellent listener with deep expertise to translate business need in a complex, multinational MNC.
