Job description
We are working with a leading bank in Asia with global network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been exclusively engaged to drive the search for someone senior to lead their Retail Banking business program.
As the Leads Management Specialist, you are responsible for creating granular journey for end user for all relevant business processes for lead management tool.
You will partner with key stakeholders to structure and sequence the build for leads. For each build, you are expected to prepare business requirement documents, business case.
As the Regional project Lead, you are also responsible in updating the business care to update on key deliverables from investment proposal to user adoption plan.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience
- MUST HAVE:
(a) Strong domain knowledge in Retail banking
(b) Experienced in user leads management process
(c) Experienced in project management, agile approach
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
